Similan Day Trips
For our daily day trips to the Similan Islands we use the "White Dolphin", a speedboat equipped with 3 engines to taxi you to the dive boat.
After a 70 minute ride, our guests reach "MV / Somboon 3" a boat wich is designed for comfort, and cruises from dive site to dive site at the Similans. All the amenities you can usually find on a liveaboard boat, you will find here:
- huge dive deck
- spaceous sun decks for relaxing and sun bathing
- large lounge with tables and sofas
- kitchen to prepare freshly cooked meals
- TV for our videographer's underwater shows
- european standard toilets and hot showers

Koh Bon Day Trips -
Manta Expedition
Every Wednesday and Sunday our liveaboard MV / Somboon 3 leaves the Similan Islands for 2 dives at Koh Bon - the Manta Point.
You have the best chance to see manta rays at Koh Bon, and even without mantas this is a fantastic dive site.
These day tips are similar to our Similan day trips, organized as a combiation of speed and comfort with our Somboon 3.
Speedboat taxi time is only 50 minutes.
Richelieu Rock Day Trips
We offer day trips to Richelieu Rock with 2 dives as a pure speedboat trip.
There is a maximum of 16 divers on board. Cruising time to Richelieu Rock takes only about 70 minutes.
The "Blue Dolphin" which uses 3 x 225 hp Honda 4 stroke engines (silent running, no smelly fumes) is the biggest and, with a top speed of 40 knots, the fastest speedboat in Khao Lak.
Features are: GPS, radio, toilet, outdoor showers, emergency oxygen, first aid kit and state-of-the-art tank racks. NITROX available !

Local Dive Sites and Wreck Diving -
Day Trips to Boon Sung Wreck
This is an easy-going, half day trip, starting from the beach
and reaching the dive site in about 30 minutes.
With a maximum of 5 divers on board and with the huge amount of fish you will see, this local dive trip is a fantastic alternative day trip for divers who prefer the "old school" style, and as a starter before you go for the big tours.
